Assembly and Packaging
We offer assembly and packaging services for our powder-coated parts.
Assembly of parts includes connecting multiple parts using nuts and bolts, applying stickers/adhesives, collecting hardware kits and instruction manuals into pre-supplied packages, and more.
We also offer the option to ship parts directly to the end customer, eliminating you as the middle man between us and your customers. Customers are responsible for freight into and away from our facility. Products are packaged with foam, square pads of foam blocks, wrapped in stretch wrap and/or skidded, as needed, to ensure maximum protection!
Yes. We can package finished products using protective materials such as foam, foam blocks or pads, stretch wrap, and skids as needed. Packaging is selected based on the part and shipment requirements to help protect the finished coating during transportation.
Yes. We can ship finished products directly to the end customer, allowing manufacturers to streamline fulfillment and eliminate an additional handling step between coating and final delivery.
Yes. Applying supplied stickers, labels, and adhesives is one of the value-added assembly services we can provide after the powder coating process.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering freight into and away from our facility. Our team can prepare, package, and skid products as needed so they are ready for transportation.
Keeping coating, light assembly, and packaging together can reduce unnecessary handling and simplify the supply chain. Instead of moving finished parts between multiple vendors, customers can receive a more complete finished product from a single powder coating partner.
